I wanted to take a moment to apologize for missing this week’s post. Life got unexpectedly busy— including a day of jury duty. Then this weekend I got to spend some time with the girl at a crafting event. It was fun but exhausting, I did not stay up all night like a few of the ladies and still had to come home and take a nap.
In the midst of the busyness, I was reminded of the gift of fellowship with like-minded, Christ-centered people. Hebrews 10:24-25 encourages us:
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”
Whether it’s serving, creating, or simply sharing life together, surrounding ourselves with others who love Jesus strengthens our faith and fills us with joy. I’m grateful for the people God has placed in my life—those who encourage, challenge, and walk alongside me.
Who in your life lifts you up in faith? Take a moment to thank God for them today!
Starting Monday we will be back to our regular Monday and Saturday post!
