Life is like a hand of poker, You have to play the cards you are dealt. A bit about my hand…..
I was not built to be a size two, I love naps, working out is not my idea of a good time and I emotionally eat. \
I mean pretty much every emotion, I eat!0
The Psalmist reminds us in Psalm 139:14 that we are made wonderfully complex. While I am sure my husband would like a bit less complexity I am as God intended. Err I am getting to be there, he is not done with me yet.
I am affected by my chemistry, connections, circumstances, consciousness, and by my choices. Of these five C’s I believe that I have the most control over my choices.
Here are five winning choices that will set you up to be successfully fit for life.
I can choose to get healthy – Psalms 119:73
I can choose to deepen relationships – Corinthians 14:1a, Ephesians 3:17, 1 John 4:18
I can choose to trust God no matter what – Romans 8:27-29, Psalm 34:1
I can choose what I think about – Romans 12:2
I can choose Jesus as my Savior – 2 Corinthians 5:17
Thank you for joining us for the series FIT for LIFE. I would love to hear what you think.
