Starting September 1st I am going to start a 12 week fit challenge. I made some changes all the way back in January and felt good with the progress. Then the stress of 2020 caught up to me.
I have decided to take back my 2020. One of the ways I am doing that is with a 12 week fit challenge.
I have seen on a few Pinterest pages that:
It takes 4 weeks to see a change.
It takes 8 weeks for family to see a change.
It takes 12 weeks for everyone else to see a change.
I am giving up soda and drinking more water.
While at the office I am going to walk on both of my 15 minutes breaks.
The biggest goal is setting a goal to do 30 minutes each night on the Elliptical.
I will be tracking in my planner my water intake, walking and elliptical. My husband has agreed to remind me and encourage me to stay on track.
I plan to check in in 4, 8 and 12 weeks with my progress.
