\u201cCast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.\u201d \u2014 1 Peter 5:7<\/em><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

There\u2019s a quiet heaviness that settles on the heart when worry takes root. It doesn\u2019t always shout. Sometimes it whispers. Sometimes it lingers in the background like a low hum you can\u2019t quite turn off. And sometimes it hits like a wave you never saw coming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Worry is universal. It touches every age, every season, every personality. Yet Scripture invites us into a truth that feels almost too good to be real: you were never meant to carry your anxieties alone.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Peter writes, \u201cCast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.\u201d<\/em> It\u2019s a simple sentence, but it carries the weight of heaven behind it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The word \u201ccast\u201d in the original Greek means to throw with force<\/strong>, to hurl something off your shoulders and onto someone stronger. It\u2019s not a gentle placing. It\u2019s not a polite handing over. It\u2019s a release \u2014 a surrender \u2014 a letting go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And why? Because He cares for you.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not in a distant, theological way. Not in a \u201cGod cares about humanity in general\u201d way. But in a deeply personal, attentive, compassionate way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He cares about the things that keep you awake at night. He cares about the fears you don\u2019t say out loud. He cares about the pressure you feel to hold everything together. He cares about the future you can\u2019t predict. He cares about the burdens you\u2019ve carried so long they feel like part of you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Worry often grows from the belief that everything depends on us. Peace grows from the truth that everything rests in Him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This week, God is inviting you to loosen your grip. To stop rehearsing the \u201cwhat ifs.\u201d To stop carrying the weight of outcomes you cannot control. To stop believing the lie that you are alone in your struggle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are not alone.<\/strong> You are not forgotten.<\/strong> You are not unseen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

The God who formed galaxies is the same God who bends low to lift your burdens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So here\u2019s your challenge for Week 1:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reflection Practice<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Take one worry \u2014 just one \u2014 and write it down. Then pray this simple prayer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLord, I cast this anxiety on You.<\/em> Not because I am strong,<\/em> but because You care for me.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Say it slowly. Say it honestly. Say it as many times as you need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let this be the week you begin to release what was never meant to be yours to carry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

God cares for you \u2014 more than you know, more than you feel, more than you can imagine. And that truth is the foundation of peace.<\/p>\n\n\n
