Thankful in the Waiting
Psalm 27:14 — “Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.”

Waiting is one of the hardest seasons to be thankful in. Waiting for healing. Waiting for clarity. Waiting for breakthrough. Waiting for prayers that feel unanswered.
But Scripture never treats waiting as wasted time. Waiting is where God forms character, deepens trust, and strengthens faith. Gratitude in the waiting says, “God, I trust You even when I can’t see what You’re doing.”
Thankfulness doesn’t deny the frustration of waiting—it anchors you in the truth that God is still working, even when you’re still waiting.
